We currently ship throughout South Africa.

If you require delivery outside South Africa, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available shipping options and costs.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package appears damaged or items are missing, notify both the courier (where possible) and Trompie Toys within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the package and product to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Trompie Toys is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action
  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
