We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, colours, and images are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen displays.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Trompie Toys reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate. Trompie Toys cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, altered, or incorrectly assembled are not eligible for return.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected.

7. Product Safety

The BOSKAT Sandpit Excavator is designed for outdoor recreational use.

Adult supervision is recommended during use.

Users should inspect the product regularly and discontinue use if any damage or loose components are detected.

Trompie Toys is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects for the warranty period specified with the product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, rust caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, accidents, neglect, commercial use, or modifications made after purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and branding, remains the property of Trompie Toys and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell or share customer information except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
